Jewish ritual has always been a living thing, meant to be touched, questioned, and made your own. This guidebook opens the door to four foundational practices discussed in this episode: chevruta, the ancient art of learning with a partner; tzedakah, giving as an act of justice; the Omer, a 49-day journey of mindfulness; and Modeh Ani, a morning blessing that begins every day with gratitude. Along the way, you`ll find writing prompts to reflect, practical how-to’s, creative variations, and a blessing to carry you forward. Explore alone or with a friend. There’s no prior knowledge required, no wrong way in.
